UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Design at SnabbPass is about creating digital experiences that convert and inspire in equal measure. As our UX/UI Designer you'll take ownership of full design cycles — from discovery workshops through final component handoff. You know when to trust intuition and when to let data decide, and you bring energy and rigour to every brief.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for client projects — research, wireframes, visual design, prototype
• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on direction and requirements
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both clients and developers
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure faithful implementation
• Contribute to SnabbPass brand and marketing assets

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial UX/UI design experience
• Expert-level Figma skills including Auto Layout, Variables and Prototyping
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and landing page best practices
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product or website work
• Excellent verbal and written English (Swedish a strong plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or micro-interaction prototyping
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — knowing what's easy vs. hard to build
• Branding or logo design experience
• Familiarity with design systems at scale
