WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as name, company name, email address and phone number via contact forms or at project start. We also collect technical data via cookies (see section 07) to improve the website's functionality and analyse traffic.
WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
We process your personal data to: (1) handle enquiries and communicate about projects, (2) fulfil contractual obligations, (3) invoice and manage financial administration, (4) improve our services and website. The legal basis is contractual fulfilment, legitimate interest and your consent.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN DATA
Client data linked to business relationships is retained for 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Data submitted via contact forms that does not lead to an agreement is deleted after 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR you have the right to: (1) request a record of the data we hold about you, (2) request correction of inaccurate data, (3) request deletion ('the right to be forgotten'), (4) object to processing, (5) request data portability. Contact us at hej@snabbpass.se to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with subcontractors (e.g. hosting, email, invoicing software) under strict data protection agreements. All subcontractors are GDPR-compliant and process data within the EU/EEA.
COOKIES & TRACKING
Our website uses necessary cookies for proper functionality and analytical cookies (e.g. via Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors navigate the site. No advertising or retargeting cookies are used. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
DATA SECURITY
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Our website is encrypted with SSL/TLS and hosted on Vercel's secure infrastructure.
