Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

At SnabbPass we build high-performance digital products for ambitious companies across Sweden and beyond. As a Senior Frontend Developer you will be a key technical voice on the projects you join — helping set architectural direction, upholding quality standards and mentoring junior contributors. You'll collaborate closely with our designers and strategists to deliver experiences that are as beautiful as they are fast.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement complex frontend features in Next.js and React
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect, accessible components
• Optimise core web vitals and overall page performance
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and ensure robust test coverage
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared component libraries
• Communicate progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of production experience with React and Next.js
• Strong TypeScript skills and comfort with modern ES2020+ features
• Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Based in or willing to align with Swedish working hours (CET/CEST)

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Hygraph)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
• Previous experience at a digital agency
