AI Engineer – Generative AI

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a focus on Generative AI to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will work in a cross-functional environment developing and operating AI-powered solutions used across the organization, including both customer-facing services and internal tools. A key part of the role involves building and improving generative AI applications such as AI-driven customer chat solutions and internal AI platforms used by thousands of employees. You will work across the entire lifecycle of AI solutions — from development and data processing to deployment, scaling, and monitoring. Start date: April 2026. Duration: until December 2026 with possibility of extension.

ANSVARSOMRÅDEN

• Develop solutions using language models and generative AI technologies
• Work with techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and structure information from multiple data sources
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and data platforms
• Deploy and operationalize AI solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI services
• Contribute to ongoing AI initiatives and further development of existing AI systems

KRAV

• Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions, preferably in Generative AI
• Experience working with language models, RAG architectures, or AI agent frameworks
• Strong experience with Python and modern backend frameworks
• Experience building data pipelines and managing different types of data storage
• Experience working with containerized environments and cloud platforms
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to both development and operations

MERITERANDE

• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Experience with Kubernetes migrations and production AI infrastructure
• Experience with customer-facing conversational AI solutions
